What I’ve been up to for the past 4 weeks-ish 👀👇

After last month’s roller coaster with my unexpected fibroid surgery (check my other posts) I knew I need PEACE back in my life!!

So as soon as I felt physically stronger, I decided to go to Italy to live on a farm with other stranger friends!!

Yup! Stranger friends.
It’s called COLIVING!

I found @tertuliafarm after googling “farm coliving Italy” I knew exactly what my body & heart were craving 😍

Coliving is where like-minded people come together to share a space to live and work together while exchanging skills, food, culture, laughter, tears…you are seriously not the same human afterwards and you’d be amazed at how you can deeply connect with someone who’ve only known for 4 days!

My days on the farm basically looked like…

🧘‍♀️ quiet time on the hammock
🍝 lots of cooking & eating
🐓 hanging out with chickens
📓 lots of journaling & creative downloads
👩‍💻working on new biz projects & my course coming soon!!!
👯‍♀️ connecting with community & being vulnerable with my emotions, boundaries, needs
🌿 making nettle tea from the garden & connecting with MOTHER 🌍

& learning new things to be able to serve my clients in a more expansive ways 🙌

I feel like this time I did my quarterly social media break in a way that really worked for me…

I didn’t get off it completely & allowed myself “fun posting days” where I just shared whatever I felt like…& it worked!!

I booked 2 VIP clients, a workshop & sold a bunch of templates…

How do you “quiet the mind so the heart can speak”?

This quote was front and center in my thoughts since I decided to come CoLive at a farm here in Tuscany for 5 weeks (@tertuliafarm)

How can I listen to what my intuition is telling me about what direction to take in my life and business?

How can I create content and offers from an authentic place?

How can I love and accept myself fully as I am?

The answer is in getting to know yourself better.
Spending quality time with yourself to hear what that voice within is trying to say.

No coach can do that for you. They can only guide you to that place. You have to carry out the practice & get curious!

Even when living with 10 other people here on the farm, I’ve made it a non-negotiable to take time out to be in solitude ❤️🌞

Today I walked into my room And it smelled like r

Today I walked into my room
And it smelled like roses.
It made me so happy.

I had picked them up yesterday from the garden of the farm I’m living on.

& brought them into my room.

If you want your life to feel and be a certain way, you have to start thinking of what needs (or doesn’t need) to be there in your physical space.

What kind of things do you spend money on?
What kind of experiences you want to have?
What kind of humans do you share them with?

Taking full ownership for your choices is how you create the change you desire in your life 🌞
